Eligibility Requirements

Please confirm that you meet all of the following requirements to apply for Angel Tree assistance.

I reside in the 44839 (Huron, OH) zip code and can provide proof of address at pickup. I am the custodial parent/legal guardian of the children listed in this application. I have not and will not apply for Christmas assistance from another organization this year. All children listed are 18 years or younger and currently enrolled in school.

Pickup Information: Gift bags must be picked up at the designated location on the pickup date. You must bring a valid photo ID and proof of address.
